Yes. Your business dashboard provides analytics, including total reviews, average star ratings, review trends over time, regional heatmaps showing where most of your customers are reviewing from, and other engagement metrics.

No. Reviews cannot be removed unless they violate BusinessPedia24’s review policy (e.g., offensive language, spam, fake reviews). You can report such reviews for moderation.

Search for your business, then click "Claim Business Profile." Submit details and complete KYC verification (pending approval). Once claimed, access your dashboard to manage reviews, stats, and more.
